Hours - The Bead Studio is open daily from 10:00am to 7:00pm.

Orders - We ask that you place your order on the website. You may email us with questions, we generally respond promptly. If you are unable to place your order online you may fax, email, phone or mail your order to us. Because our retail store is usually quite busy it is often difficult to take phone orders. If you are having trouble placing your order on the website call us with the cart # and we will look-up your order.

Backorders - Our website is updated daily. Although most orders are shipped complete, we sometimes run out of an item before we are able to update the site. When an item is out of stock it will be re-ordered and can take up to 6 weeks to get back in stock. The item will be re-activated on the website when it is available for purchase again. If you would like to be contacted regarding a backordered item please contact us and we will do our best to keep you up to date. Sale items and closeouts are not available for backorder.

Shipping - We generally ship same day for orders received by 3pm. All orders are shipped within 48 hours. We ship via the USPS priority mail. We collect $5.00 for orders under $100. Orders over $100 are shipped free. We will ship overnight for an additional $20.00. USPS is available on request, however, the shipping charges will be higher.

International Shipping There is an additional $16.00 fee added to international orders to countries that are partnered with the United States Postal Services' Priority Mail International mailing system. You can check the USPS website here to see if your country is partnered with the USPS. If your country is not we can ship to you Air Parcel Post. The cost of Air Parcel Post is dependent on weight.

Payment Methods - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal, checks and money orders. We are unable to ship COD or on terms. Checks should be made payable to: Bead Studio. All returned checks are subject to a minimum fee of $20.00.

Wholesale - We do not sell wholesale. We are a retail store. We offer a 20% designer discount for qualified accounts. Please send, fax or email a copy of your resale permit or business license.

Tax - We do not collect sales tax. Oregon has no state sales tax.

Returns - We accept returns of defective or mis-shipped items within 14 days of purchase. Returns that are not defective or mis-shipped items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. A copy of the original invoice must accompany your return.

Privacy - At the Bead Studio we respect your privacy. Any information collected is strictly for the purpose of processing your order, and upon request, adding you to the Bead Studio subscriber list. The information gathered will not be traded, sold or compromised under any circumstances.
